This is a nice syrup, lighter than other syrups such as golden syrup. I have a drizzle of it on fresh fruit with natural yoghurt to add a bit of sweetness, for breakfast, but I have also used it to make chia pudding when I’ve run out of my usual agave syrup.

An excellent sweetener for porridge. However, the more recent syrup is lighter in colour. Has the recipe changed?

A lovely tasting light syrup Much healthier than artificial sweeteners or refined sugar. Only 13 calories per teaspoon. Yum

Really great natural sugar syrup. But made without chemical flavours or additives and no artificial sweetness either . Its low in calories and I often use this and the chocolate flavour as a healthier more natural way to replace honey or sweeteners in porridge, with fruit and yoghurt and other deserts.
