They were stale because it is February people. But the birthday girl said that's exactly how they were when she was a kid. Yes, the cones had more marshmallow and were bigger back in the day but still good. I LOVED these as a kid and I even had some more recently that I had found at a farmers market on a mini weekend road trip/vacation with my mom. However, My children have never had then and I love sharing pieces of my childhood with them. I ordered these for them and the second I opened them they were stale as could be. The cone was awful and the marshmallow was hard as a rock. We literally threw the entire container away. On top of that when I tried to contact the seller to tell them our issue I got no response! I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that perhaps my email got lost so I emailed again. Again I got zero response. A waste of money and now I have just about zero trust and therefore will not be purchasing again.
