Turning off sound and setting the time out to about 2 minutes is good. It has a continuous scan mode too, so you can do bulk scanning without having to use the buttons. It's a bit stealthy, you hold your cellphone in your hand like you normally would and it's hard to tell you have a scanner. Links up to your phone via Bluetooth. You can go into your setting and should be able to turn on your onscreen keyboard while one is attached. When attached to your PC via USB-C, it scans just as well. So it isn't necessary to purchase two scanners. You might need to come up with a surface you can attach the scanner to. Put it on a continuous scan, and then just move your products through it. It is a little tight on bigger screen phones and if you have 4 lenses, you'll have to scoot it over a little. Overall, multiple uses, very good return on investment.
