Like new!
Phone looks and functions like brand new. Been using it for 3 months and it's a better phone than my 1 year old iPhone 16 pro was. Phenomenal price for a high quality phone that was perfectly refurbished

Way better than expected!!
The packaging was a bit weird, the phone was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap but it had a screen protection sticker over the entire screen, I didn't even buy a charger for the device and it got shipped with a separate charger cord and block in a box inside the package, the phone is in immaculate shape as I was hoping for, it's actually what I bought to replace my broken base model Pixel 6 that's I've had since released, I love the 6th gen Pixel specifically and am very pleased with the quality, I doesn't feel nor even LOOK like I got it refurbished not a crack, nik, or scratch on this phone ANYWHERE, great job team, keep up the amazing work.

Locked phone - refund "pending"?
So I've had a decent relationship with these refurbished phones. In fact the most of them have been really good phones. But I decided to buy my son a Google 6 Pro. Because that's what he wanted and I have not ever had any dealings with them but I have Spectrum mobile. Before I ordered the phone I checked Spectrum mobile to make sure that the phone would work and yes the Google pixel 6 Pro was on the list of phones that would work with spectrum. So of course the anticipation of a new phone excited my son and finally the day came and we took out his SIM card from his old phone and put it in the new phone and it would not work. So I said Son don't worry about it we will go to Spectrum tomorrow and we will get this taken care of. So we are at Spectrum and the guy is looking up the phone and guess what? The phone was an AT&T phone and it still was under contract. The phone was still under contract. I could not use the phone so I wound up buying my son a brand new Google pixel 7 Pro at the Spectrum store. Which means that I had to return the case that I ordered, the glass screen protector and the phone. Within a few days I had already received the refund for the screen protector and the case. I requested the refund for the phone on March 18th of 2023. They received the phone on March 22nd 2023. The tracking said that the phone had been received by them and when I go and check the refund status it says that they will refund my money when they get the phone. They've had the phone now for 2 weeks and I still not received the refund. I have no way of getting a hold of this company I have very limited ways of contacting anyone and so the only thing I can do is leave a one-star review. Is it this is going to do anything. I do know that I hate one star reviews. I've criticized so many people for leaving one star reviews especially when it comes to anything as far as art and how subjective art is to leave a one-star review is just ignorant but in this case I'm going to let that fly because they have $350 of my money that they seem to not want to get back. Maybe they will see this and decide to get off their rumps and refund my money. Just as an example I had ordered a pair of boots recently and the boots were $250. When I received them they were the most uncomfortable boots I ever worn and I work in a factory on concrete floor so comfort in your work boots is really important. So I boxed them up and returned them and they have not even received the box yet and they've already refunded my money. I don't know what's taking this company so long to refund my money but it would seem to me seeing as how they sold me a locked and under contract phone that as soon as they see that it was on its way they should have refunded my money. But they've had it for 2 weeks and they still have not refunded my money so I don't know what's going on but this review will stay until I get my money back and once I get it I might delete this review.

Great like-new phone for the money, but not perfect
So far this is a great phone for the money. I switched from a pixel 3A on T-mobile and wow... what an upgrade! Switching SIMS was simple and the phone works great. The camera and editing features in Google Photos is fantastic. The phone operates smoothly and the fingerprint reader issues seem to have been minimized with recent updates. The phone arrived 5 days early, bubble-wrapped inside in a no-frills box with a sim card tool, a charger, and some basic instructions, but aside from the phone, nothing was official Google material (which is fine). Surprisingly, the phone was already partially set up and ready to use. All that was needed was to continue was to sign into my google account, but I elected to do a factory reset and start from scratch for security reasons. The reset went as smoothly as with a brand new phone. Set up was easy, and I have to say that Google has finally perfected the old-to-new-phone switchover process - all you need is a double USB-C cord (not included, but I've collected several of them over the years). Just plug the phones together when prompted and follow the instructions on the screens, and in a few minutes you'll have a new phone that is basically a clone of your old phone as far as texts, contacts, and apps, and it even kept all my old settings in tact so I had almost NO resetting to do! It was incredibly easy... it even preserved my alarm clock settings... impressive! There was some waiting involved for the new phone to update and whatnot, but that's to be expected. I've had the phone for 2 days and so far it's been excellent. If you can wait a year after the original release, turns out you can have a top-tier flagship phone at a third of the cost of a new one... I may never buy another new phone again. UPDATE: After having the phone for a few days, a few words about some negatives I've encountered... First, the power and volume buttons are not the best. There's no "click" feeling to let you know you've registered a press. They seem to work fine, but without looking at the screen, you can't be sure that you're actually activating the buttons, and because of this, I feel like I probably press them harder than I need to(?) Anyway, not a major issue, but certainly a noticeable one. Second, Google has STILL NOT fixed a really annoying bug for those of us who use the phone as a clock at night. When you plug the phone in to charge, then set it on the night table, the clock screensaver WILL NOT WORK unless you have facial recognition turned on, and even then it only works in portrait mode... meaning if you have the phone on its side in landscape orientation, the time is shown sideways as though the phone is still sitting vertically. Again, it's not a major problem, but it is annoying, and I can't believe it hasn't been fixed this many months after it broke (since the Android 13 update). People have been complaining about this on the internet for months, and it seems like it should be an easy fix, but for whatever reason it isn't happening.

Great phone even for 2023-2024
I purchased this from a Pixel 6 because I wanted a better camera and screen. And it is exactly what I got and more! Solid phone, premium feel, and huge smooth screen. The excellent condition was truly excellent with no major blemishes and it appeared near brand new. Both the front and back glass had no damage as well as the camera glass. Performed as great too! The battery could run for a whole day with no charge. I have to use health apps that run all day in the background and yet my battery can still last a whole day. The software experience is the main selling point for me. I love Android, and I believe stock Android is the best compared to 3rd party skins. Everything is smart and fast and it looks great and modern while doing so! The customization extends to a lot of things and it shows great attention to detail. Every button flows and navigation is extremely smooth. Camera use is great and easy. Using their AI it enhances photos making it more clear and beautiful. I'm not an extreme camera-head however it is so easy to create/snap great photos. The thing is, this phone is from 2021. And it still stands great and tall even in 2024. Albeit Android upgrades stop soon but security upgrades will keep the usability of this phone for longer.

Amazing phone for an amazing price
I could not be more happy with this phone! It is a durable powerhouse that has been with me through all kinds of adventures. My pixel 6 pro has seen extremely high and low temperatures, taken thousands of beautiful photos, and it has even survived a house fire where it was submerged under 6in+ of water (from the fire hoses) for like 5 hours. It still works beautifully! The phone has an amazing battery life and many features that my other phones did not have (such as the call screening feature). The only issue I have noticed is that the camera will overheat if you take lots of RAW images in the heat. This can be a problem if you are trying to capture something magical out in nature and your phone overheats before getting that perfect shot. I am a huge photography nerd and this has not been a major issue for me. It is a very rare occurrence that I likely could have prevented by turning down the brightness and turning off RAW mode. I live in a rainy, cold climate so the heat is rarely an issue for me. But if you live in a very sunny and hot climate it is worth noting the overheating issue plus the phones dim screen brightness. These are issues that have likely been fixed with the newer pixels, but not this one. Attached are some edited RAW images that I took with my pixel to showcase the camera's potential. The telephoto lens has only gotten better with recent updates and it is totally worth the money if you like photography. Learning how to edit the raw images will take your photos to the next level. I use the app snapseed and it does a lovely job.

So Far, So Great! (just replace with the right charger)
I was worried about buying renewed because I rarely do and honestly have had horrible luck with brand new electronics. But so far this has been a fantastic buy. It runs smooth and switches between screens and apps very fast, charges fast, has beautiful vibrant colors and very bright screen if I need. I haven't had any technical issues at all. For the most part the phone is spotless, except the charge port inside has noticeable wear but it does not affect anything at all. I will say to buy a usb-c to usb-c fast charger for this phone because the one sent in box is not and it's very slow charging which might seem like it has a bad battery, but it is just important to use the right charger. But it says it in item description that it's not original charger, so I was not concerned with that and already planned to get another if I had to. The second issue I had was that when opening the box and inspecting it, I saw a small spot on the screen in the bottom corner. It's very faint and can only see it if actually tilting the phone looking for it. I tried to clean it but it seems to be inside the screen so I was worried about that, but once I charged it and turned it on, that spot is completely unnoticeable and does not show through when using the phone. I actually completely forgot about it till I wrote this review because I don't notice it anymore. The phone gets a bit warm when playing a game or something of that sort, but I have been told and researched that it's normal for pixel phones. That hasn't caused any issues or slowing of the phone. For a renewed phone and being on a budget, this has been completely worth it and I'm very happy with the purchase. If anything changes I will update.

BRAND NEW CONDITION 🤯 (..at least for me..)
I was shocked with relief when I inspected the phone to find absolutely no blemishes at all. I even looked harder, still nothing anywhere. Not the tiniest scrape or ding... The screen is in perfect condition, along with the camera module as well. The ONLY thing is there is something that rattles on the inside behind the camera, like something got knocked loose or someone didn't tighten a little component up like should have been, although this does nothing to effect the performance of the phone. As long as you aren't one to shake your phone, or drop it repeatedly, you will be completely fine (😂). That doesn't bother me one bit, as like I said, it doesn't interfere with the phone's inner workings one bit. The battery 🔋, as I'm sure everyone is wondering about, is great. I've only had it for 3 days as I'm writing this, but I have had no issues with the battery draining, and the battery is just starting to learn my usage habits. With that being said, battery life depends on your own personal usage... Don't be deterred by what you hear from those YouTuber reviewers talking about the battery is horrible, because it's nothing close to that. The battery drainage is what you make it, pretty much. For the performance, the phone is snappy & not laggy. It works perfectly, as it should. The hapics are very prominent, the speaker gets loud and stay clear at the loudest setting. The sound does not get tinny, nor distorted out the louder it gets. Power & Volume Rocker give a good "click" and are very sturdy. ✅
