Unsealed Bottle with Suspicious Content
I’ve used Cetaphil products before and always found them reliable. However, the bottle I received from Amazon was not sealed, which immediately raised concerns about authenticity and safety. Once I started too use, I noticed black-colored particles inside the product — something I’ve never seen in Cetaphil before. This is very alarming for a skincare product that’s supposed to be gentle and safe.
