I think the best way to describe it is more bristles ( concentrated pore scrub ) and fewer bristles ( less concentrated pore scrub).I love this amazing skin care tool I shared 1 of them with my friend!My only area of improvement is that I find I can use my pinky and ring finger to hold it in place and my other fingers seem to be too big. My face definitely feels softer, has more of a glow, and removes flakey skin no problem. It does not irritate my skin at all and definitely clears your pores. I can keep it on my bathroom vanity for night use, and bring it with me in the shower, it washes easily and hygienic. The only drawback is that it is firm, not very flexible to bend around your nose. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and feel I made the right decision.
