I am a repeat buyer of this. I love this garlic! It is so tasty and a fantastic addition to my food. They have a bright and pronounced garlic flavor but the nice thing is that it isn't a raw garlic flavor, so they are lacking that overpowering taste too much raw garlic can have. I love these in my meatballs and other things like Braccilole for that reason. Meatloaf. This is so versatile.

Good garlic flavor but the batch I got had a heavy bitter aftertaste that you get from overcooked garlic. Still great on salads though. If looking for a snack garlic try the nut n else wow brand instead but for toppings this is a better proxe.

The Maesri Fried Garlic is so crunchy and garlicky that we use it every day on so many things. It's very well done, so if you don't like that, you likely will not enjoy it. Think of the garlic on a garlic bagel after it's been toasted and you get the idea. This is a large plastic jar that is sealed in cellophane in addition to the inner seal. Recently made a dip with this, cracked pepper and a touch of cumin in sour cream for a plain potato chip dip. Perfect on ramen even if you add nothing else.

I use this in a noodle dish with a peanut sauce, along with sliced green onions. You just need a light sprinkling and then mix it in whatever you’re making, then top with your onions or whatever. You can add more according to your taste, but you definitely don’t want TOO much. Here’s the recipe Spicy Peanut Noodles with Chili Oil & Fried Garlic This is quick and absolutely delish! 4 oz. Taiwanese knife cut noodles (which hold the sauce nicely) or your preferred noodles 3 tbsp. peanut butter (more to taste) 1 tbsp. chinkiang vinegar (more to taste) 2 tbsp. chili crisp oil like Lao Gan Ma or Fly by Jing** (You can go with a little less) 1 tbsp. sesame oil (more to taste) 1 tbsp. soy sauce (more to taste) 2 stalk scallions, chopped (more to taste) 2 tbsp. fried garlic Instructions: Boil water and cook instant noodles according to package instructions (do not use any seasoning packets that might come with the small bundles of noodles) I like A-Sha Chewy Knife Cut Squiggly Noodles I order on Amazon, 3 bundles for this recipe. Chop scallions and set aside Combine peanut butter, chinkiang vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp. of the hot water from your boiling noodles in a large bowl Once noodles are cooked, use chopsticks or tongs to transfer them directly to the bowl, stirring to coat with the sauce and adding more noodle water if sauce is too thick. Taste and add sauces to personal preference Top with fried garlic and scallions and enjoy
