The stitching is okay not the best I've seen. I have yet to try it out. But the pump is complete garbage. I screwed the needle on by hand and the pump barely puts out any air. It'll probably take you 20- 30mins to fill with the garbage they send you as you can see in my video. So if you get this bag make sure you have your own pump or electric inflator. P.S. I saw someone at my gym with this exact bag and I tried it for a few mins and worked great I like the extra large size and the bounce it has you can get a great rhythm with it. So that's why I bought it. I'll update the review in a few weeks.
