ITS SUPER FLUFFY AND GETS THE JOB DONE I LOVE IT SO MUCH. It fits a lil tight but it stays on perfectly fine, feels good quality and definitely worth the money for this one.

Works perfectly with my HyperX microphone
I use my HyperX external microphone often for my job as I work from home and often have to produce videos for my role. I have it attached to the back of my desk and hanging down between two of my monitors, and it works perfectly for when I am on a Teams or Zoom call. It is easy enough I suppose to take the microphone off of the arm, it can be a little frustrating at times- although I personally have to remove and reattach the microphone probably more than a normal user due to the fact that I am forced to record my audio for videos in my closet for best noise absorption. The arm grips my desk sufficiently well and is very sturdy. Researching for the best arm was overwhelming, and I have zero regrets with this purchase. Would purchase again.
