Great little tool for a DIY cartridge install

Pulled my Technique turntable out of storage after many years, and needed a replacement cartridge/needle. This one was fairly easy to install, and works perfectly! Would buy again if needed. Came well-packaged.

I used this and everything went great. Lined up my cartridge and I was all set. Great little tool for when you setup a new cartridge.

I love this! Sure, I could have printed something like this out on a printer. But with all of the hassle of making sure that it's the proper size and all, why put yourself through it? Only your valuable records and stylus are at stake. This piece is super easy to use. Just slip it over your turntable spindle and move your tonearm and headshell over it. It really helps to make aligning your stylus super easy. And for the price, which was very affordable, my vinyl collection and stylus thank me. Yours will too.

es algo simple de usar, supongo puedes hacer exactamente lo mismo imprimiendo una guía en papel con las medidas, pero pues si quieres tener esta pequeña regla siempre a la mano en caso de hacer ajuste o como en mi caso que mis perros tumbaron la tornamesa y la aguja se movió y había que alinearla, es una buena opción, buenos materiales y un diseño siempre bonito en los productos de Hudson Hi-FI

Para aquellos que piensan que tienen la aguja del tocadiscos bien colocada sin estarlo, como me ocurría a mi. Fácil de utilizar, simplemente alinear el cabezal de la aguja, desartonilllando los tornillos hasta que el cabezal coincida con las lineas de referencia del giradiscos, volviendo a atornillarlos una vez alineado. Se consigue un mejor sonido y una mayor durabilidad de la aguja.

Managed to get a second hand Project Debut 3 with new cartlidge, added a new O10 stylus and played, seemed ok at first, but sounds muddy with left side volume greater than right side volume. Tried all the normal tips and tricks to no avail. So decided to get a Hudson alignment tool from Amazon as a last resort, 10 minutes later and finding out my stylus and cartlidge were out of alignment, readjusted and WOW, I feel I have a new record collection. War of the Worlds sounds amazing, my Wes Montgomery collection is in a different league. Well worth the money, arrived next day on Prime. Recommended, definitely if you have an adjustable tonearm cartlidge and stylus

Possiedo un vecchio Rega 2 e la sua dima in dotazione in cartone non era piu' affidabile. Questa e' davvero fatta bene, in plastica rigida, con le tracce di allineamento molto chiare. Facile allineare la testina presa di appena di recente. Acquisto consigliato.
