**Q: Does this work as well as Flonase?  Also, do the bottles leak when you are using them?**
A: It works the same as Flonase and the bottle does not leak.

**Q: Does it become less effective over time if you use it regularly, as Afrin doess?**
A: Flonase is a totally different, and much less dangerous product than Afrin.   You can use Flonase   daily.  Forever.  I've used it daily for over 20 years.  You can build an "addiction" and rebound after a week with Afrin.

**Q: Is this the same as Nasonex?**
A: Good morning, 
The active ingredient is "Fluticasone Propionate" which is the active ingredient in Flonase. This is generic for Flonase not Nasonex.

**Q: Does anybody know if this is made in China?**
A: Denmark.

This nose spray contains the same active ingredient (fluticasone propionate) at the same 50 mcg/spray strength as the name brand but for a much cheaper price. Even the inactive ingredients are identical to those of name brand. I use it for nasal congestion/sinus inflammation that seems to follow me year round. I find it works better with consistency though. So more of a maintenance than fast acting relief. If you need fast short term relief your better off with something similar to Afrin. This is amazing to use periodically. I feel that my oral allergy pills lose efficacy after a while and I have to rotate them. This seems to be holding up after several months of use. Great value!
