Great aesthetics and function. Not too noisy and good light.

I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase. My new white 36" IKTCH arrived in record time and in perfect condition. Although we are in the process of installing it, I can already tell you that when we tested it upon arrival, we were very satisfied with its performance (suction power and noise level). The aesthetics are incredible, as it allows us to design something outside of the traditional at a more than reasonable cost (I will update this comment with the final photos when it is finished). I had difficulties with the installation (which culminated in damage to the unit), but their customer service helped me resolve the problem 100%. It is rare that one encounters customer service that is so efficient and committed to its customers! After the error we made during the installation, I recommend that if you have any questions, contact them before taking action... they are available and clearly committed to supporting their customers. Highly recommended product!

I bought this range hood for aesthetic look first I have one year with it and it’s is more powerful than what I thought. It catches the steam over my oven bye 4 feet away. And very easy to clean I would recommend this to anyone that wants to upgrade their kitchen with a powerful look, but most most important. It works better than what it looks.!!!!!

I purchased this range hood insert almost two years ago, and I still love it. I don't even have to touch it because the remote will control everything. It looks great, too. I would order it again in a heartbeat. The price was over half what I would have paid in the big box stores. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

Hood is great. Good looking, effective flow rate, as quiet as you can expect. Satisfied. Remote could be a little more simple.

Purchased this for a kitchen renovation. Simple to install. Airflow and lighting are both good. After about a year one of the lights started flickering. I contacted the company. Emma from customer support quickly shipped me two replacement lights. Unfortunately they were a different color. I contacted Emma and she quickly shipped me two more replacements directly from the factory. The unit is back to normal.

Had this range hood professionally installed, however, contractor was put on hold for weeks because the first unit had a broken damper and was returned for an unbroken one. Ikitch’s photos are not accurate. The photos show the vent hood as installed flush to the cabinet. It is not flush and a metal band with many screws shows. Cooking with the Ikitch range hood is like herding cats. The remote is unreliable. The “hand wave” control feature turns the lights and fans up & down, off, on, as you cook. This range hood does not blow anywhere near 900 CFM, more like maybe on a good day when the planets align 350 CFM—it does not even capture steam from a pot. And it is loud! Kinda like a day at the drag races. Do not recommend this heart breaker of a vent. P.S. My photos show my vent with the flap open as I desperately try to trap steam.

I have already two months on use and so far have a very good suction. And looks very nice and easy to clean.

Been using this 6 months now and very happy with it. It looks sleek, easy to clean and functions well. We have a gas range and cook a lot and this range hood manages the smoke and smells well and at a great price.

sleek design, i'm especially happy with how well it sucks the smoke away, really good air flow. not to loud either.

The range hood looks nice and modern. I had issues with my package as it was missing the screws kit and a part on the vent adapter was broken upon delivery but I contacted Emma from Iktch customer experience and she was very quick at replying to my inquiries and helped me by sending the replacement part. I am very happy with the purchase. I would recommand this range hood.
