    A work of art. Wonderful Pipe!

An engineering and manufacturing work of art. Three pieces that fit together easily and perfectly, with a single magnetic fastener. It's beautiful in form, fit, finish, and simplicity. A joy to clean. The bowl cover can be rotated closed near the end of the draw to prevent that telltale whisp of smoke out of the bowl after a puff. With this awesome pipe and a Smoke Buddy Smoke Buddy Personal Air Filter, Blue you can smoke with very little fugitive odors.  I also recommend that you purchase this pipe with the custom carrying case.  It's wonderful. It securely, attractively, yet stealthily carries your pipe, a lighter, and an extra bowl or two of herbs. Since the pipe has a lid, you may carry it loaded. Love it.

    So disappointing. Form over function.

I've had this thing for a good while now, and every time I use it I'm disappointed. I love the size, the feel, the finish, the design as far as the magnetic construction. But I have never gotten more ash and weed in my mouth in my life than with this piece. I've used a lot of sneakatokes, pipes, and improvised smoking media over the past decade and the smoking experience with this pipe is honestly the worst. And I'm the person who turned ballpoint pens into chillums back in the day. The Journey 3 is worse than THAT for Scooby Snacks and unburned flower. Yes I'm serious. And I don't even grind my weed.Save your money for a while longer and pick up a GeniusPipe instead, or just order a plain glass pipe in a similar size with a good cushioned case for half the cost of the Journey 3.
