Once you remove the 7 sections from the shipping containers assembly is a breeze with two people. Spend a little more time leveling the floor before you start adding the walls. The front section with the glass doors is the heaviest section. The outer top, while not that heavy, is a little cumbersome to manuever but with a little shifting it falls into place. The digital temperature display is in Celsius not Fahrenheit which at first requires a little mental gymnastics. I found it took my unit at least a half an hour to get to 52 degrees Celsius. That is about my starting point. After another 45 minutes the temp got up to 62 degrees Celsius - not the advertised 65 degrees but probably close enough. The temp outside was only 52 degrees Fahrenheit so not sure how well this will do when it gets really cold outside - time will tell. Customer service has been top. Notch and provided me with additional data and speaker Bluetooth connection instructions which weren't included with the packed assembly instructions. Overall I'm very happy with my new sauna and the company that it came from.

I had someone put this together for me, but he reported it was very easy, took him 1 hour. It looks beautiful and the smell is wonderful. Heats up in about 20 minutes to 65 Celsius and has auto shut off. Bluetooth sounds great and lights are a nice touch. I wanted to add that you can change it to Fahrenheit but pressing and holding the plus and minus buttons under TEMP at the same time.

Works well, easy to assembly for 2 people. Just need a ladder and screwdriver. I think it is of pretty good value. I'd like to know though, if I can varnish the outside of it, to help keep it waterproof and for it to not to look unfinished.

Great product with even greater customer service very friendly to work with dealt with Steven who went out of his way to make sure that my shipping would be on time, and the product would be delivered and fixed any problems that arise. I find this to be a very nice sauna. I love the smell of it the natural wood it’s plenty big enough and I was able to assemble it by myself.

The 2 person outdoor sauna is a great size for 1 person with a bit of room to stretch. The wood quality seems good. The temperature fluctuates from 150 to 144 with 100% intensity button. It would be nice to have a button to keep the temperature constant. But it does the job for sure. Make sure to get that backrest as it’s totally worth it! Richard is very responsive and very helpful so the support on the other side after the sale is why 5 stars.

Easy to put together, great quality, works perfectly

I purchased the Xmatch outdoor infrared sauna because I didn’t have the room inside for an indoor model. I was amazed at the speed of the delivery. I placed the order on December 4th and the sauna was delivered on December 10th. The sauna arrived in three boxes which with two people were easy to move around. I needed to make a sub-floor for the sauna because of the angle of my porch concrete slab. Took about two hours total to put together by myself. Before I could use the sauna, I needed to run to Lowes and purchase a heavy-duty 6 foot extension cord to reach my outside outlet. When I connected the power, I paired my iPhone to the speakers and they sounded perfect. I had my first sauna session and was completely satisfied with the purchase. Why I only gave 4 stars…. The instructions were lacking. Missing from the instruction were any mention of the Bluetooth speakers and pairing. Also, completely missing was any mention to the “intensity” button. The BIG issue was the little mention about the placement of screws…. The instruction book only mentions the four screws that attached the exterior roof to front and back walls, but you get a package with about 26 screws. On the screw zip lock bag there is a sticker that says how many screws you have for sections, that’s it, nothing in the book that shows the best place to place the screws. Pre-drilled holes for the screws should be at each location, not just the four for the roof. Also, on a personal note, I’m 6’ tall and 265lbs. Fitting two of me inside would be crazy. By myself, it’s perfect!
