Does anyone know if this is dual voltage, so it can be used in other countries?

I just bought the 1” one, thinking it was dual voltage. Used it on 220V and it just stopped working. 😥

does this straightener work well? does it make hair frizzy?

It does not work well. I have to go over my hair several times to smooth out a very light wave. Do not recommend

whats the time for automatic off on this please?

I think I read somewhere that it’s 10 minutes. I turn mine on when I get out of the shower, go dry my hair, then use the iron. So I haven’t timed mine, but 10-20 minutes seems accurate.
