No it doesn’t have a 3prong cord. Don’t know if bpa-free. Not noisy makes some noise when last of water goes through then you know it is done. 10 inches tall.

How do you clean the permanent filter?

Soap and water will clean the filter. Coffee stains and if this bothers you, use #2 filters - they work quite well.
