Where do I locate the key to open it? I cant find the key

its 2023 and they still wont send a key with it

IS Contrac Blox Rodenticide baits THE BEST PROFESSIONAL POISON? DOES THE BAIT STAY IN THE BAIT BOX OR CAN IT BE CARRYED OUT WITH MICE?

Contrac Blox is what my exterminator used, so I just used the same. I don't know if it is the best, but I have killed quite a number of rats. I haven't seen bait carried out of the box. I have seen left over pieces of grain in the bottom of the box that I suppose could be spilled out if the box was shaken or tipped on its side. I keep mine flat and don't tip it. I think this occurs when other pests eat the bait (lizards or roaches). I also add roach bait to mine if the rat bait has attracted roaches.

My neighbors and I would like to buy a number from you but not if we get only 1 key. Does each come with a key or only one for a group?

mine came with the "key" and when I have seen them being sold in stores they also have a key so I would think each unit comes with one. Of course I am only a customer, not the supplier of the units.

Does this bait station have both verticle and horizontal rods?

The Protecta bait station has one horizontal rod running the length of the bait station. I can thread three, two inch bait blocks onto this rod. Once the lid is closed there is no way a rodent can remove the bait other than eating through it.
