It’s great that it wraps around the entire foot, like a boot. I was worried that it might not get cold enough, but that is not the case. Good quality, plenty of gel. I had metatarsalgia and it worked wonderfully for me.

I bought this after leg surgery to help reduce the swelling in my foot and ankle. I am amazed by how cold it gets and how long its cold retention is! I have to wear a wool sock on my foot otherwise it’s way too cold when it comes out of the freezer, but what I really like is that I can continue to use it for over an hour (with breaks because it can get too cold) before needing to freeze it again — a great help when mobility is an issue! I have a size 11 women’s foot and I got an xl. It’s very big, but I’d prefer to have the extra room. It’s easy to put on and take off, but I recommend opening it up and reshaping it to its full size before putting it on if it gets flattened in the freezer. I’m very glad I made this purchase; definitely worth the money. Update: I should note that I have multiple ice packs that I cycle through throughout the day. I’ve discovered that the cold retention is best when they’ve been in the freezer for several hours, not just two to three.

I work anywhere from 5-12 hour shifts, often without any seated breaks so my feet are always really sore when I get home so buying this was my solution. Keep in mind, you only get 1 boot. Think it's a bit too pricey for just one when most people have 2 feet. It's bulky in the freezer so know that you'll need some considerable room- it takes up about half a door shelf in mine. And as someone who loves the cold and cold therapy, this gets painfully frigid (which on the one hand means it stays plenty cool for switching to the other foot). I dislike the sizing, I'm a 6 and the extra room makes it hard to get the coolness wrapped around my toes but at least at the time, was not available in a smaller size. Does not feel like something you could put or shift weight onto without popping the gel pack. It is nice that the cool gel is 360° coverage, which is exactly what I wanted, not just cold soles. It does the trick, I just wish it was either cheaper, fit better, and came with 2 boots.

I previously ordered the regular size and could not get my foot fully into it. So I ordered this extra large size and my foot fits in it comfortably. My shoe size is a man's 11 1/2. If you are a man, you will probably need the extra large if your shoe size is 10 or larger. I have a combo of neuropathy in my right foot and no ligaments from arthritis in big toe. This boot can make the difference between sleeping or not.

Even after being in the freezer overnight and wearing the boot without a sock, it doesn't feel very cold. And whatever degree of coldness it does have doesn't last very long. Although the overall concept is great, as well as the coverage of the foot, I get much better results just using a regular ice pack. Edit: the reason I didn't think the boot was cold enough is because the solution inside had shifted away from my foot and was concentrated more in the ankle portion of the boot. Now before placing in the freezer I make sure everything is distributed evenly throughout the boot before placing it in the freezer.

These work!! They hold the cold for a long time too. Comfy to wear too. Great for pain, burning, itchy feet.

I absolutely love these!!! I have tried so many different types of gel socks, cooling creams etc, gel packs that you keep in the freezer, they get warm fast. I got these in the mail and immediately put them in the freezer. Put them on at bedtime (which is usually when my feet get hot, red, and swollen) I felt immediate relief. I left them on for 6 min and my feet are back to normal feeling. I struggle nightly with hot feet, I can’t believe I found a fix!!

One shoe and extremely heavy. I didn’t bother to try it I knew I would not be able to move with it on my foot. Tried to return but system won’t let me. I have osteoarthritis and this would only make hips and legs worse. Rip off!!

This thing is amazing! So good in fact, that im going to order 3 more! My wife loves it too so we're going to get a pair each. I have a medical condition where my foot swells almost a size and a half sometimes. The pain is incredible. This ice wrap thing is heavenly when I put it on with a swollen foot. It wraps around my entire foot and ankle and gives immediate relief. My foot is a size 15 when swollen and there is still plenty of room in it. Its got tread on it so if you even want to walk with it, you can. It comes with a plastic bag that it fits in so when you put in the freezer it doesn't absorb smells from the freezer. I wish I found this product years ago.

Arrived in good time. As a runner it’s perfect for after run maintenance.

Life changing! Best purchase I’ve ever made! I have multiple foot issues and the boot covers all of them! Ankle , great toe and heel! Keeps the swelling down and does a phenomenal job on the pain!!
