Useful, and it works
Works OK. Verifies if wall warts actually are charging and how well the voltage regulation works. Pocketable and relatively cheap compared to data logging "high-end" tools. Build quality good for the price, but not indestructable and better than a lot I have seen for twice the price (~$20).

Another great tool to have
I'm using this to test and verify amps/volts on various USB chargers and cables. It's already helped to weed out a flakey USB cable I suspected was drawing less watts than expected along with a AC cube charger that has seen it's last days. I have a rather large collection of power banks where the manuals or specs have disappeared. This tool verifies the output so I can make sure to use the right one for the application needed. Some things I need to rapid charge, while others can take their time. One often overlooked feature is the display. I don't care much for LCD displays anymore as I find most weak and hard to read. This is not an issue with LED. Accuracy appears to be within the same range as a multimeter, but much easier to use. I have no complaints, so five stars.

If you know Drok products its no surprise this is very useful, easy to use, digital read out is accurate . Drok is durable. Good price and very handy of 2 ends.

This tester is helpful. I use it to test USB ports. It will also show you the amperage of small devices Will is also helpful in some occasions. A simple device, doesnโt feel too cheap.

Dies Shortly After Use. Useless Tech Support. Minimal Documentation. No Warranty.
The "DROK USB Tester, USB-A USB-C 2.0 Multimeter Dual USB Ports PD QC 3.0 with Color LED Display" works well enough for a short period of time; eventually the USB-C cable dies, and only the USB-A input remains usable. DROK's customer service consists of an e-mail address ([email protected]), apparently managed via WordPress, that bounces with a "smtp; 552 5.2.2 Quota exceed the hard limit" rejection message, and a customer support web page that allows you to compose a message. When I tried the latter, I received a message advising me: "In your order details, please select the Get Help, it will go to Seller Messaging page, as shown in attached screenshot. Our team will reply to you within 24 hours." I was unable to replicate the steps--there is no "Seller Messaging page" if you aren't a seller--and Amazon tech support wasn't able to help either. Finally, there is no warranty. Expect the unit to fail shortly after Amazon's return period ends. If you're lucky enough to have a unit that works, you may want to understand the LED codes that appear as the devices negotiate upon connection. As far as I know, DROK does not document these codes.

Halfway usable
The USB A connector works well but the USB C does not. The USB C plug when pressed in all the way does not make contact for a voltage measurement on my Apple power blocks. The voltage when measured is easy to read on the display.
