The replacement came unwrapped and the crown is really, really stiff. The replacement is still as uncomfortable to wear but keeps better time (not as good as a smart watch)! For £45 I expected much, much better so may return the replacement too. I have ordered an Amazfit Bip smartwatch now and this is far, far superior for a fraction of the price.
