I've been taking this product for the last 90 days, the first two months quite consistently, two capsules during or after dinner. The third month, I'd basically forget half of the time.... For me, it worked! My LDL dropped 31 points (142 to 111), my total cholesterol also dropped 38 points into the normal range (218 to 180). Of course my HDL or good cholesterol decreased, but it is still quite high which is protective! I had no side effects, the pill size is fine. I will continue for another 3 months to get my ldl in the normal range but expect to either taper off or get off of it completely. Of course lifestyle changes happened: hitting cardio 150 min of moderate to vigorous intensity most weeks, not every week though, more steps, more fiber, though I was already eating the min amount for women daily, I increased it via diet (I have not done psyllium). Very good product, highly recommend if you are trying to get your LDL cholesterol down!
