These vitamins are great! They are made with organic whole foods, which gives me a feeling of well being. They are also GMP compliant & 3rd party tested, which makes me feel better about taking them!

I got these vitamins because as a vegan, I want to make sure that I’m getting all of the nutrients I need and not depleting my body. I love that they are made from whole food sources because the nutrients are easily absorbed. Over the counter vitamins found at the supermarket don’t compare to Whole Nature’s vitamins. I’ve been taking them for over 3 weeks now and they are fantastic! I feel an increase in my energy and my mind feels clear. These are great if you are looking for a high quality vitamin.

I take supplements every day. I have no problem swallowing all my supplements except for this one.. I either take them when Im really thirsty to try and get them down .... Or I have to chew them and then drink water to get the taste out. If you can swallow tablets you will be fine but for some reason even if I have 5 supplements in my mouth that are capsules I can swallow but just one of these I cant. The contents of these tablets are great and good quality.

After just a few days of taking 2 of these caplets (vs recommended 3) at bedtime, I began to feel ... well, "better." An improvement in how I feel, overall. So of course, I dismissed it as my imagination! Now, after a couple weeks, I have to admit, this product is making a discernible difference. First time ever. The only negative I can report is the taste. Maybe there's something wrong with my batch (???), but it smells, tastes, and leaves an aftertaste of mold. Yes, mold! It's truly awful. But not bad enough to make me stop taking it, given how well it's working. I found that drinking it down with a few swallows of beer or wine eliminates the aftertaste, so that's what I'm doing.

I like this vitamin. I forgot where I got it and this popped up. 😊 YaY now I can get another bottle. I wish it came in a liquid form. But this is a good one. .

I'm not sure I read the label close enough. Although it looks like a whole food vitamin, they put the oxide form of zinc and magnesium. These forms are not bioavailable at all. Same with the calcium carbonate... I dont think i will order these again since they like to mix crap with the whole food part of the vitamin. They also added folic acid, which is also not bioavailable for some people. I wish I read more closely and not even sure I want to take these.

I had been using Centrum for years, but recently, I have not been receiving enough Vitamin D. So, I decided to try a different multi-vitamin which included more of it without having to purchase an entire bottle of Vitamin D to take along with my Centrum. A friend had recommended these to me a while back, and they really fit the bill. By the time I had ordered these, I had been out of Centrum for a few weeks--and my body was letting me hear about it. However, within a couple of days of taking these vitamins by Whole Nature, I was feeling as good as new. So, these definitely take the place of Centrum while providing me the extra boost in vitamins that my body needed.
