I just purchased a case elegance humidor. they specifically indicate boveda packs do not work. what's up with that?

They have no ideas what they’re talking about. I use Boveda in my home humidor and my travel one and they are sitting perfectly at around 72%. I monitor them with a Bluetooth hydrometer. I bet that company recommends their product though.
