The light indicator magnet does not sit very flush with the micro-USB insert, and maybe that is the reason why it doesn't charge? I put the insert in as far as possible and as flush as possible. I'm not sure, but I really wanted to like it. Maybe test the product before selling it. I was going to get another as a gift for someone else, but I'm glad I didn't. I provided some pictures with how the cable sits on the insert, and also my phone screen to show that it is not charging. These are must haves for anyone with an active or on the go lifestyle, especially if you do a lot of driving, get two keep one at home and one in your car, leaving for work grab phone go to car and just get the cable end near your charger port and it snaps into place without any effort.
