Can you add hot water to the bottle?

I wouldn't recommend adding anything hotter than slightly warm water such as baby formula temperature. This bottle isn't made for hot beverages.

Do you think these would work well for school? Would it leak in a lunch bag? Was thinking of using these for my boys lunch at school.

We use them everyday for school. They don't leak in his lunch bag at all. Great cups. The only small problem is if they are knocked over when they are open they will spill. So they are not no spill, if that makes sense. They are completely open top when the lid is off. We love them and bough one for each day of the week.
