I need the gas outlet to come out the back of valve. Is the outlet back, side or top exit?

You’ll need a 90 degree to go out the back.

pressure testing at 15 psi okay ?

I did not do the install myself so I don't know what pressure the plumber used to test. You may want to Google test pressure for low pressure (15") LP regulators.

Can i use it for a honeywell standby generator. i have two tanks of 100 pound in pararlel and i need a regulator with an output of 3/4 inch pipe.

This regulator must be used with a properly sized 1st stage regulator. The 1st stage regulator will drop tank pressure down to 10 psi. This R652-DFF regulator can be used as a 2nd stage regulator system to drop 10 psi to 11 InWC of propane to your generator. The regulator you have selected cannot be installed as the only regulator between your tank and generator.
