I had made several calls to the same rep who wanted to handle solely. No problem with the rep. Cons for this is that you must take the battery out of the remote control every time you use it or else the battery will be drained & have to get new batteries, also the remote control was very poorly designed, if the writing on the buttons would be a different color than the button you can see what button to push. Otherwise you must put on glasses to see what button you need to push. It needs a boost from hardwood to carpet & does not go back to the charging station but makes a good attempt to almost get there. Pros, It does a good job on my carpets, not like my Dyson, although what I really like about it is my dogs do not chase after this vacuum like my Dyson as I think the Dyson scares them. The remote you have to get used to maneuvering it but does work. I would have given a higher star if I could see the remote without having to put on glasses & did not have to replace the batteries to the remote each time. Edited 5/16/17 I am editing this as shortly after my initial review I was sent a new remote that I can see as well as a few extra things. I never requested this. My review was read & they sent this on their own. I did not use it again yet, although I am extremely happy with the ULTIMATE Customer Service. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Don't recommend *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2017* The item is very quiet which is a huge plus and it is very lightweight. That's about all I liked with the vacuum. Things that I did not like about it was It seemed to get stuck on almost everything in my house. It would not go back to the base once it was done cleaning the room so I had to pick it up and take it to the charger. It doesn't have a handle to pick it up with either. I do not recommend this it. I will be going back to a rumba and pay the extra money for something that actually works. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Jury is in..... *by D***M on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2016* Purchased as Christmas gift. Have not had the experience noted by the above reviewers, but since it was a Christmas gift, just started using it. Seems to have difficulty with area rugs within a couple of feet of a wall. Does not like power cords on the floor & floor length curtains. Will update review after a few more tests this week. Decided to return the unit (at my cost as reseller does not cover shipping) because it just would not work in my environment. Keeps getting stuck under my easy chair & sofa. Reading the instructions, it does recommend putting towels around the base of furniture, but we find this to be a hassle. Has difficulty transitioning from tile floor to area rug. The self charging docking worked great, but I need a vacuum! ;) It did pick up pet hair like a charm. A patio home with modern or limited furniture would probably work well for it.
