Used for a checker table made for my husband.

These checkers are great in that they come in red and black and are different from the thicker wooden checkers I have. This way, my four grandkids can all play Crokinole and know which checker is theirs. However, they are very lightweight and don't have the 'power' as the hardwood ones I have, when you're playing Crokinole. They are also a lot thinner than regular checkers. It is good that they can stack together, and they are useful when we are playing checkers in having extra checkers to 'crown' - I just use the black ones on top of my black regular checkers, and the red ones are used to crown the brown checkers I have.
