Will it work with 3-whick candles ?

3- wick candles may be too big to fit on the burner.

The plate is broken how do I get a replacement?

I don't know where to find an exact replacement dish. However you might try the disposable wax warmer liners or else buy another warmer and keep the heater part as a spare unit.

To use this for essential oils, do I mix anything with the oils or just add the drops?

Add a small amount of water. Straight oil will burn onto the surface. It works well with oil and water mix. 1/4 cup water with 8 to 10 drops of oil.

How long did your warmer last, some say breaks immidiatly? And does it melt wax well?

I ordered mine months ago, use it at least once a day and it works fine. It melts wax pretty quickly, and very evenly in my experience.
