I was holding off getting an ice maker but my fridge one doesn’t connect to my water line and I have a reverse osmosis system installed at my kitchen sink. This works great, I put my drinking water in, and the ice is faster than I thought. I like how this has the small or large size ice and the sound is the same as ice being made in my fridge. Size fits great on the countertop and I installed near the sink for easy clean up when I drain the water and clean. I store this at the wet bar in my basement so great for iced coffee or cocktails.

There are a lot of reviews that mention this is noisy, but that hasn't been noticeable for me. If it were right next to me on my desk, it might be a problem, but we keep it in a small office utility room with the mini fridge, and it has worked great. It provides plenty of ice for several staff members, and while we've only had it for a month, it seems to work great. I love the nugget ice versus the cubes from the icemaker it replaced. I have not used the app control yet.

This is a wonderful little ice maker! I’ve had it for about a week now and haven’t had any issues with it. Upon receiving it I cleaned it per the instructions and left it sitting upright for 24 hours before first use. The picture is after the first couple of hours of adding water and walking away. We don’t hear the hear the machine when in the living room with the TV on or at night in the bedroom. If you are standing right next to the machine it sounds similar to a refrigerator. The basket holds ice well and will fill up a Stanley cup at max capacity. Overall this is worth the price in my opinion and sure as heck beats going to get ice from the store!

I purchased this item refurbished. It came with a small dent in the front of it, but it didn't affect the performance at all. The machine is very quiet and made ice pretty quickly. It's very user friendly. It doesn't hold a lot of ice, but I emptied into a container in my freezer until I had the amount I wanted. It's a trade-off in order to have a small machine that is easily storable. The ice seems pretty wet, but I think that's common for countertop ice makers. I like that this machine is light enough that I can carry it by its handle and store it away when it's not in use.

Good ice machine, the app is a little tricky to setup, I wish the scoop was able to be put on either side. I like the colors to know when the machine is low on water orange and purple when it’s done making ice. Sometimes the ice catches on the bin and prematurely stops making more ice, I just go in occasionally and knock it down and it continues to make ice. The noise is noticeable but not loud, the right side of the unit when facing it is the heat exchange side of the compressor so plan accordingly. Left side is the room temp air intake so do not block these areas otherwise the machine will struggle. Overall all I’d change is the scoop location or at least allow for both sides to store it. Like the self clean sometimes it can prematurely melt the ice though especially in a warmer environment.

Great ice maker. Makes ice quickly and I love the quality of the ice. I am the only one that uses it so not sure it could keep up if there are multiple people needing ice at the same time? It makes a bit of noise but we got use to it and don’t even notice it anymore. Blends in and fits on the counter without taking up a lot of space. We do have to pull it out if we need to open the cover all the way so it stays open on its own because it hits the cabinets above it. But I usually just hold it open with one hand and scoop with the other. The hook on the side is handy for storing the ice scoop. The basket doesn’t get completely full before it stops making ice because the ice stacks up in the middle making the machine think it’s full but if you knock the ice down it continues making more ice. I have not used the app so I can’t say how well that works. A bit pricey for the amount of ice you get but it works better than the two I had previously and does seem to stay cleaner than they did as well. The one I had before would constantly get moldy after every use even after cleaning it constantly and I live in a very dry climate. I have not had that issue with this one at all.

Great while it worked but only lasted 2 1/2 months. 3rd icemaker this year. The opal was the best but had trouble after a year. The Sillon didn't make it past 30days & this one is doing the same thing. Only using purified water & cleaning with descaling tabs monthly still stopped working just makes a cranking noise. Euhomy customer service did reach out to make it right, no issues with replacement so far, their customer service gets 5 stars

I didn’t do anything other then take it out the box. Filled it with water. Ran it First batch of ice I threw in sink Yes it really does drop ice every 8-9 minutes. It’ll fill the inner ice tray to capacity Every forty minutes or so. (I have mine set to large . ) It does what it says, excellent machine for its cost. Won’t disappoint !!
