NVIDIA SHIELD TV Stand

If you have a pre-2017 model or a "Pro" version, this isn't the stand you want. There is another SKU available which will sort you out. Overpriced for what it is - twenty bucks for this? - but it sure looks great, and fits the Shield nice and snug. If you want to save some shelf space, this is what you need.

Some people wonder why you need a device such as this. I was one of those people. When you start to accumulate a crap load of stuff like: modem, router, cable box, TV boxes, wires, etc. etc. you start to want some order. It seems like after a while everything is just everywhere. I was trying to prop my Nvidia shield up alongside of my Orbi router and it just was not working. So I hop on good old Amazon and lo and behold look what I find. Despite the fact I spent 1999, I am very happy with the item, and it works well, and it does what it is supposed to do. Keeps my Nvidia shield upright and in tiptop shape. Thank you for this hunk of plastic that does it’s job.

It is hard to argue the value of this stand as the Nvidia Shield TV works just fine without it. However, I am glad I picked it up as the Shield looks fantastic in the stand and it takes up very little space vertically. This stand is for the smaller 2017 and 2019 versions of the Shield. It is different from the stand for the larger 2015 version. The older stand was made of metal and had a sticky bottom surface I did not care for. This stand feels like a rugged plastic and has a rubber bottom to prevent slipping. It is heavy enough to prevent the Shield from tipping over. Is it a must have? No. However, if you have the Shield as the centerpiece of your home theater, this stand is a really nice addition. It makes the Shield look elegant and helps it stand out from the other electronics.

It's study and looks nice. A bit expensive for a piece of hard rubber though. If your down to your last dollars save them. If you have disposable income go for it. Just think how much more goes into a camera or a pair of headphones. Well you can get either for the price of this rubber stand. They won't be good but still. They have to be making like 800 percent profit on this.

Don't get taken by the listing making you think it's the OEM because it's not, instead you will get a piece of lightweight junk that won't even hold your Shield vertically without tipping over. Funny thing is the listing shows by Nvidia and when you click on Nvidia it takes you to their official link. Totally false advertisement and what's even worse is the product is absolute junk. Don't be stupid like I was and just buy a stand that lists as an aftermarket product but for 75% less. Guarantee you even at that much less cost it will be better quality

I never wanted or planned on having my Nvidia Shield laying down. This stand absolutely helps me in not just maintaining my nvidia shield standing up but also so it won't overheat. Like I've mentioned in my previous reviews, I tend to take real good care of my things. Thank you for such an awesome stand. I will recommend to friends and family

Design, facile à installer, materiau de haute qualité, tiens parfaitement. Un peu cher.

A un que no es necesaria para la nvidia shield tv, si que queda muy guapa en su base es muy estetica puesta en ella y creo que refrigere mejor, lo unico es que para lo que es en si la veo un poco cara pero bueno un capricho caro, para quien le guste lo bonito y estetico la recomiendo

Lo recomiendo. El NVIDIA SHIELD TV 2017 aparte de ser un gran equipo, tiene un diseño como para lucirlo. Luce más gracias al stand original de nvidia.
