The item is interesting to help children discuss or disclose their emotions associated with anger. I think the ball is somewhat small and soft but children might think otherwise.

Love these!
I’m a mental health counselor and use these as icebreakers. Even though I work with adults, they absolutely love them. I just cross out any phrases with “school” in them with treatment. Can be modified for any age.
