Are they plastic coated?

Most cards are made of paper, if they are made of plastic or another material it would be noted.

Paper or not, they sure feel like they’re plastic coated. They do not feel like playing cards used to feel In the last half of the 20th century.

I noticed there are two options per design choice. what is the difference between "bicycle autocycle green" and "autocycle green"?

Looks the same to me. The only difference I see is that the “autocycle green” is a dollar cheaper and doesn’t ship via Prime. The “bicycle autocycle green” is a dollar more and ships via Prime delivery. Bicycle is the brand either way you go. The price differential is based on shipping, seller and prime membership.
