The threads are in good condition on the bottle and on the difuser, it must be a manufacturing issue. Nothing a handy man can't fix with electrical tape to force the bottle to stay on. It's not pretty but it works. The difuser itself works great in the Suburban but the over all quality is obviously lacking.Update: I've received a replacement Diffuser and I can tell right away that the one I originally got was defective. The bottle now fits nice and tight with no trouble at all to install. Great customer service from the vendor, they reached out right away after my review and sent a replacement soon after. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It does look cool in the car and it does put out a ... *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2017* It seems no matter how much essential oil I add to it there is never any fragrance coming out. It is also a pain to keep distilled water in my car to be able to use this. Also when it arrived I had to do some minor repairs. The bottom contact was trapped inside the plastic housing and it took quite a bit of finagling to get it out and make the unit work. It does look cool in the car and it does put out a fair amount of mist.Revised 7/8/17I have added a 4th star because the customer service from Sky Tech had been wonderful. This diffuser never worked. I never saw a mist, and I can't smell my essential oil. I used distilled water and Young Living essential oil. The first day, the lights turned on, but no mist. The second day only the red light illuminated. Occasionally, the lights would change (without touching the power button), but still no mist.
