I need a larger divider than I had. This device fits the bill, it's well made, and I like it. I haven't yet tried it on smaller jobs, but the screw seems to be quite precise, with the thread not too rough.

The divider arrived with the screws holding the adjustment loose and the points had burrs on the end which didn’t allow for precise (or normal) use. Not to mention it was soaked in oil.
