I first became interested in it after I read it may help improve a person's golf game. It didn't necessarily improve mine, but it may have other cognitive benefits as well. Wellness Resources seems like a good brand. Not only have they been around for a while (since 1985), they do third-party testing too. I like to see companies that have longevity and that do testing.
