Does this come with a mounting bracket for lga1700?

ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB Rev2 comes with bracket, Rev1 does not. Hit and miss which revision one gets. I just purchased one here and it was rev1 :(

Is this the latest rev? and if so, does it come with the am4 mounting bracket or would i need to ask support to send it to me?

Mine was the second to latest revision, I believe, and it had the am4 mounting hardware. If you look carefully, Its actually the Arctic store your getting it from.

Can you disable the leds without installing software? e.g. just not plugging in the led cables?

Yes there's a separate cable to attach the RGB header. You can leave this detached.

Will any liquid freezer ii coolers sold on amazon after 23/08/2022 have the gasket issue announced by arctic?

It will probably depend on the seller but I purchased 360mm one in July and it isn’t on the recall.
