Love these, I made lemon tarts the first day. Reasonable price, easy clean, nonstick, durable. They browned evenly. These tart pans did not leak in oven. They did not warp. They were great. (Con) hard to hold. The pans are nonstick on the outside also and slippery. The pans don’t have any handles and are hard to pick up. I recommend placing them on baking sheet then fill them and use the sheet pan to move them around. As with most tart pans need sheet pan support.

They will last many years. Nice heavy metal, not skimpy.

My mom wanted these and I purchased them for her. She is in love with them. Especially the smaller opening on the bottom makes it easy to handle. Easy to clean and not sticky at all.

Love the non-stick pans for making my breakfast tarts or desserts. The 2 piece pan makes it easy to remove your baked item, and slide onto a cutting board or plate.

Love it. Was worried it would be a struggle to remove from pan but it actually slipped out easily. Works exactly what I wanted it too. Ended up making double the size for tart shell because the size was bigger than I thought.

I made a dessert with chocolate chip cookie base (very thick) with a Carmel layer then melted dark chocolate on top. I think I used to much cookie dough and topped with to much chocolate as it is all very thick. However my fault not the pans. It held up perfectly to all that weight. The insert is flexible but knowing this I did the initial wash and the wash after I made my dessert by soaking in hit water with Dawn, then removing from water and laying it flat on kitchen towel to clean up anything I may have missed. Dried on flat surface as I very rarely use dishwasher to wash no stick items. On to try new items.

I bought these to make quiche and bar cookies, and they do help make attractive and unique dishes. The main reason for the middling review is the false bottoms. They are too pliable and weak. When I washed them before the first use, I noticed that they started to bend and warp at the slightest pressure. Then when I tried to remove the first quiche I made, they buckled under the weight of the food. Luckily a quick burst of speed kept me from losing an entire meal for three to gravity. I would have gladly paid a few extra bucks for something sturdier. Good effort, attractive tins, but undermined by inferior materials.

Bisher erst einmal benutzt (Obstkuchen...) Vorher mit Backspray behandelt . Mürbeteig ließ sich leicht aus der Form nehmen. Freue mich schon aufs nächste backen.

Great quiche / cake tins. Would recommend. Non-stick works. Used many times now. Wash and dry well.

A little wider than what we thought, but still works. Well made
