All around not bad

I am very happy with the product. Needed a right angle connection. It solved my problems. Fairly solid construction.

Works great. Can come apart even with lock tab put down. needs a nice cover. heat shrink or something.

So small I could not assemble and so I placed it in the trash, do not buy.

Doch! Der Zusammenbau ist einfach! Eine Minute, mehr nicht! Werkzeug: ein Fingenagel, auch nicht mehr. Das Problem ist die offizielle Anleitung zum Zusammenbau, insbesondere das sechste (vorletzte) Foto. Das ist falsch, wahrscheinlich veraltet, mithin irreführend. Richtig ist, das entscheidende Teil ist eine Klappe (!), nix da mit "Take out ...". Diese Klappe um 90 Grad nach oben klappen in die Stellung, die auf Bild 2 ersichtlich ist. Dann das Flachkabel mit den Kontakten nach unten zur Leiterkarte hin (!) einlegen (Bild 3). Anschließend die Klappe nach unten klappen (Bild 4), Kabel so festklemmen. Alles ok. In einer Minute! Ich allerdings hatte erst mal ein Exemplar vermarmelt, da ich mich auf das "Take out ..." und die offizielle Anleitung verlassen hatte (Bild 5).

This was used to connect a Raspberry Pi 5 to a portable touch screen which has the connectors on the side of the screen. I wanted to minimise how far the cable stuck out and the right-angle feature of the usb-c connector was perfect for this! Note that the connectors do not come already attached to the cable. You have to attach them yourself. It's a little fiddly, but very simple to do. Overall, I'm very happy with this!

Ist super wenn man ein Tablet an die wand bringt

Bisher hatte ich noch keine ausfälle. Sieht gut aus und funktionieren. Ich verwende diese Stecker in der Mikroelektronik im Steuerungsbau mit durchsichtigem Gehäuse. Man will ja auch was fürs Auge haben und sieht professiomell aus
