Strangely addictive
This was the first time I'd ever played a FromSoft game. I didn't even think I would have the skills to beat it. But here am now, having not only got the PS4 Platinum Trophy, but the PS5 Platinum Trophy too. In fact I got a PS5 console especially just to beat the game again in better graphics, with the free upgrade. Not even entirely sure I have grasped the Dark Souls concept of skill set or build quality yet! I believe the difficulty is dependant on the player, because you can actually turn the difficulty up or down with the set up of the builds. Create your own challenges within the main challenge. Having been reliant on the new system of spirit ash summoning in my first play through, I then concentrated my Journey 2 campaign playing solo more, even beating bosses suffering no damage. Sometimes even beating bosses in the first attempt, or in 30 seconds! Took me 2 hours to beat the very first Tree Sentinel (solo). Now it's got to a point where I use the respawning Tree Sentinel in Leyndell just to test out weapons! I have a squishy melรฉe build, so getting smashed up by that Tree Sentinel, there's something strangely addictive about it.

Masterpiece
This is probably the greatest value game you can purchase, alongside the likes of GTA and Red Dead. The amount of content is just insane and the game is absolutely perfect in all regards. Masterpiece, one of a kind, highly recommend.

Yeah, it's good. It's very good.
Elden Ring is an extremely well-made game. Not the best I've personally played, but that's a matter of taste more than anything. As an example of this kind of game however - difficult to master, deliberately bleak, massively open-world, to name a few - it's hard to see it being topped any time soon. Despite my preferences lying elsewhere however, I willingly poured in all the hours this game solicits from its players, with the come-hither finger-curl of the cryptically-clad demi-god seductress, pointing you on towards a horizon as full of promise as it foreboding. My jungle brain duly got itself hooked seeing my character's levels tick upwards; my stubborn pride pushed me to challenge foes well above my standing, over and over like a pre-steroid Steve Rogers; and yes, my wrists succumbed to carpel tunnel syndrome. All sacrifices I found myself happy to lay at the feet of the coruscating Erdtree. Game of the year, definitely. And as a hitherto souls virgin with no prior bias, Iโd say thatโs high praise.

Great game for veterans and beginners
Brought this game after months of my friends begging me to get it and found myself pleasantly surprised how good it was despite what people say this game is far easier then any of the darksouls gams iv played including bloodborn and demon souls Donโt get me wrong the game is very difficult and iv had it for nearly a month and still havenโt beaten it Non the less the game is a visual treat and fantastic for those who like a challenging game and definitely recommend getting a copy to anyone I think can handle it

Frustrating and broken
I bought the PS4 version for the free PS5 upgrade. Was really looking forward to playing for hours and hours. For me there are three main issues with this game. Graphics - I've been playing Horizon Forbidden West. The graphics in Elden Ring just cannot compare. They're not much better than Bloodborne which came out years ago. Difficulty - unforgiving. Under leveled character fights completely over powered boss without enough health vials, arrows etc. Crashing - apparently a well known error. Will be an hour in fighting a boss and the game crashes my PS5 turns it off completely. It then won't restart unless I pull the power cable and plug back in to get the message rebuilding database so my console has to repair the issue before booting up. Rubbish considering the game has been out a while, its a well known error with no patch for this issue making the game unplayable and potentially damaging my console in the process. Until they've made a patch avoid.

Decent game but it is overhyped
It's a decent game but overhyped. Positives: Large game with many areas to visit and fight through. Very active online community for co-op although you do have some maidenless behaviour from some duelists. Lots of options for different build types so you can try different playstyles. It is generally easier than previous from software games- Negatives: There is almost no guidance in the game about where to go or what the objectives are. You will need to spend a lot of time reading online guides. Perhaps developers think this is cool and edgy but it's a pain in the backside. The graphics are uneven; some environments and enemies look good but others look poor. Bloodborne, a 7-year-old game, has more consistently good graphics. Whilst the game is generally easier than previous games, two of the bosses (Radahn and Melania) are amongst the hardest from software have made and it can break the game if you aren't able to summon co-op help. Overall, it's worth getting and , despite the inevitable deaths, is enjoyable but don't believe all the hype

2 excelentes alternativas a Elden Ring mucho mรกs accesibles y relajantes serรญan: Immortals Fenix Rising o The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

Perfection
Elden Ring on PS4 is a perfect game. This was my first entry into the Souls universe, and I have to admit I was ready to give up and even throw the disc away at first. The difficulty is intense, and at times it can feel overwhelming, but sticking with it made the payoff incredibly satisfying. The combat is challenging but fair, and learning the patterns of enemies and bosses gives a real sense of accomplishment. The game encourages exploration and experimentation, and the sense of freedom in moving through the vast open world is unlike anything I have experienced before. Every corner of the map feels alive, and the attention to detail in both landscapes and enemy design is outstanding. I have included screenshots of some of the picturesque scenes that really blew me away. The environments are breathtaking, from misty forests and sprawling plains to crumbling castles and hidden dungeons. I loved discovering secret areas and uncovering the lore behind the world. The music, atmosphere, and storytelling all work together to create an immersive experience that keeps you coming back for more. I enjoyed it so much that I have already purchased the Shadow of Erdtree expansion and cannot wait to dive back into this beautiful and challenging world. Elden Ring is truly a game that rewards patience, skill, and curiosity.
