Review: Great exersices - I have a pool and was interested in learning exercises I could benefit from. I am over 70 and have not been as active as I should. This actually works. My knees have gained strength and no longer feel pain when stooping. Gradually I am tightening some of the flabby areas also. I am very pleased with the easy exercises and how much progress I have made. Would recommend to any age person, not just seniors. This is easy and fun.

The book breaks down into easy sections based on what you want to do or which area of your body needs attention. Tips are given with each suggested workout pattern, making it clear on how to adapt any given exercise if a particular body part is sore or vulnerable. Step by step photographs for every single exercise are clear and easy to follow. I heartily recommend this book. It's going to make all the difference for me in rehabilitating and getting fitter!

I have a pool and was interested in learning exercises I could benefit from. I am over 70 and have not been as active as I should. This actually works. My knees have gained strength and no longer feel pain when stooping. Gradually I am tightening some of the flabby areas also.
