The beef protein isolate gives you a solid 24g of protein per serving, and I appreciate that it’s BST-free with added BCAAs. It mixes easily with water or almond milk, and unlike many whey-based powders, I don’t experience any bloating or stomach discomfort afterward.The chocolate flavor is rich and natural — not overly sweet or artificial-tasting. I’ve found it works great on its own as a shake, but it’s also good blended into smoothies or even mixed into oatmeal for a protein boost. The fact that it uses real chocolate is a nice touch, and it doesn’t have the chalky aftertaste that some protein powders do.If there’s one small downside, it’s that the texture can be slightly thinner than whey protein when mixed with just water.
