This is one of the best baking sugar replacement I have used that does not alter the taste like others . It is a very mild flavoring and the price is great.

This is surprisingly good. Texture and flavor like brown sugar. I used it in recipes in place of brown sugar and they came out well. I would suggest using slightly less than you would use of actual brown sugar though because you do get slightly MORE of a sweet flavor and there is a hint of a weird taste if you measure it exactly cup for cup like regular brown sugar.

Have looked for a substitute for sugar free brown sugar for years that tastes amazing, equal measurement for recipes. Well I will look no further!!! This product is DELICIOUS, SATISFYING, and will fill the bill totally for satisfaction. Order early because it takes a while to get, BUT WORTH EVERY DAY WAITING.

This tastes exactly like brown sugar, and you measure/use it just like brown sugar. No need to make any changes to your recipes. But there are zero calories and it's perfect for anyone on low carb or low calorie diets.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a a great sugar alternative for anyone looking to cut down on cane sugar, or any similar products that affect your glycemic index. I started using the product when I dip and dabbled with the Keto diet so it can be used for that as well to keep your carb count low for the day, or if you’re intermittent fasting and have this with black coffee or green tea in the morning you have NOT broken your fast! I practice intermittent Fasting - only eating 8 hours per day. This means I had to learn to drink black coffee in the morning. I tried the popular brands of saccharin, aspartame, sucralose.... All left a nasty aftertaste. Even though I have trained myself to enjoy Diet Coke, I could not find any decent sweetener for my coffee. Some one suggested I try Swerve so I spent the $6 for a 12oz bag.... I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe because I assumed it would taste horrible - and it didn't. Either way, I now add a small amount to my morning coffee and enjoy.
