PowerA Wired Controller for Xbox Series X|S - Black, gamepad, wired video game controller, gaming controller, works with Xbox One and Windows 10/11

I have a official Xbox XS controller but I bought this controller and I love it works perfectly. The Rumbles are good buttons feels good and I play the car racing games like Speedstorm holds up good. When I need to charge the wireless battery. I use my wired one, So far so good no problems. I recommended feels light but it's normal for a wired but the plus for me is that it RUMBLES. it does turn on the Xbox when middle button pressed. And if you don't wanna to brake bank this is the way to go. A+++

Hold down the xbox button for a few seconds. I thought the controller wasn't working. I heard the controller connecting when plugging it in but then nothing worked. Works fine now. These are great controllers. People mention how light they are, but I look at that as a plus. Just don't go throwing them against the wall.

I've had these controllers for over 9 months now,yes I bought 2,now both controllers have stopped working,the LB button stopped working the other controller,just make sure to unplug it from the console when not in use,you could damage the inside of the controller,anyway their a great value for the money,and saves you on buying batteries,the cord is 10ft long,it has a smooth feel,you can also hook it up to your PC,works great with windows 10/11,this third party controller from Power A is a must have for any gamer.I will be back to report,and give updates at a later time.

Controller is good. Price is good, like everything you gotta take good care of it for it to last otherwise it can break easily.

Update: Eight months later and still no stick drift or bad cables. - I bought some of these to replace my Microsoft and PDP controllers which were complete junk. The Microsoft Xbox One controller lasted about three months before stick drift took over and made it unusable. My old Xbox 360 controllers could have survived a nuclear apocalypse. A complete waste of $70. The PDP still works but they have a serious flaw when it comes to the USB cord becoming disconnected at the controller side and eventually not working any longer. This happened with all three I own. The PDP also comes with a shorter cord. While they are much cheaper at $25, it's still a waste. The PowerA doesn't feel as premium as the Microsoft controller but it does have the same length cord and hopefully, doesn't suffer from stick drift so early on or port disconnection issues like the PDP. Only time will tell and I will update my review accordingly. Made in China

I've burned through so many XBox controllers after very reasonable use, failing to stick drift. I've purchased from vendors that promise thousands of hours of play with few passing even a few dozen hours. Finally, I tried out PowerA which has stood the test of time and has no signs of wear. A solid build quality and pretty finish. I'll be buying PowerA from now on!

TROUBLESHOOTING TIP FOR WINDOWS 10: I bought and returned 2 of these controllers because I though they were defective. When a 3rd one had the same problem, I got angry and started just mashing buttons. It turns out, Windows and any games on your computer will not recognize the controller (and the light never turns on) unless you press the giant X button at the top-middle of the controller. So if this seems like a brick when you plug it into your computer, press the X button (the one with the XBOX logo, not the one above the A button. Hope this helps someone else.

This controller is decent for casual gaming, but if you play aggressively, it’s not going to last long. If you’re like me and go through controllers like candy, this is actually a good option because it’s cheap and does the job. If you tend to break even the expensive ones, just keep buying this instead—it’s cheaper than replacing a $70+ wireless one every few months!
