This has really softened by skin. I was using this for acanthosis nigricans, no improvement in that but skin is super soft.

Do Not be Deterred...
Do not be deterred by the ammonia smell of this product. It has deep moisturizing action. Using on tough dry skin on my feet, it has smoothed and hydrated where other products have failed. Also, this moisturizer has improved crepey skin on my arms and lightened age spots on my hands. I am using ammonium lactate as recommended by my podiatrist. Thanks to him. Brave the smell and use overnight -- you will be glad you did!
