Taste is good
Dude add chocolate chips and when you eat it put butter on it and drizzle it in honey. This bread is so good, it took like 10 mins longer to bake than what it said. I used a banana and the bread is very moist but still fluffy.

Good, but would be better without the cinnamon
The mix can be made with 0, 1, or 2 bananas. I chose to make it with two bananas. It has good flavor and muffins were moist, but I didn't realize this mix has cinnamon in it so for that reason I am not a fan. It would taste great without the cinnamon. It was easy to make and you would not know it was gluten free.
