Exactly what I've been looking for! I've always used the hanging bars for pull ups previously, but was annoyed by the marks they'd leave on the door frame and wall, and were a pain to put away. These have solved all of those issues. They are surprisingly sturdy, super easy to put up, take down, and store. They open up wide enough to fit most door frame thicknesses, and have caused no damage to my door frames whatsoever. The handles are also comfortable to use whilst being very robust, unlike the foam pads that disintegrate after a few months on other types of pull-up bar. Also has the flexibility to change the handles quite easily if you wish. Expensive, but they do the job very well.

They look kind of garish and cheap, but they are extremely well built and feel very solid. They're not light, but you can still throw them in a suitcase when you travel. Expensive but they are well engineered.

Excellent handles! Only slight negatives are that they are a little bit awkward for neutral grip and the price. They are well made for sure, but not really worth the asking price.

These are the best door frame pull up handles in the world. Easy to use. Lightweight and very portable. They will.got any internal door frame.

I was looking for an easy way to do pullups and dips at home; the Duonamic package does what it says on the tin and fits my door no problem (photos attached). Super easy to put up and take down. Changing from the pullup handles to the rings is a little bit fiddly (have to unscrew the chain links and it's a bit easy to lose the little ropes) but it's ok, not a big deal. I'm on the taller side, it's pretty tight to do exercises in the middle of a door, but doable. If you have a bigger door than me (or if you're a bit smaller than me) that's probably a good thing. Just check the dimensions of your door trim with the diagram.

I’ve had a couple well-reviewed pull-up bars over the past couple years and neither of them were nearly as good as this one. I’m so impressed with this “bar.” I was admittedly a little skeptical that the handles would hold my weight when I first clipped them to my doorframe (I’m 174 lbs, so not that heavy—I don’t know, maybe I have trust issues), but these suckers are SOLID. As a test, I did 3 sets of 10 chin-ups and didn’t hear a single creak from my doorframe. Felt just like pumping out chin-ups on a real gym bar. The best part? They don’t leave a scratch on your door. They lightly clip onto the doorframe as opposed to rubbing and damage that other pull-up bars do. Considering you can bring them just about anywhere, it’s a no brainer if you want to train on the road, on vacation, etc. Worth every penny!

I originally purchased my Duonamic handles when I relocated to an apartment with an interesting floor plan where the only door frames available did not have sufficient space for a traditional bar and drilling into the wall was not an option. Initially I was skeptical and cautious with my set but these are carefully engineered and when hung properly, super sturdy. I've done thousands of reps on them with no visible wear or tear to the system or the doors I've hung them on. These handles provide a unique pull up and require you to really focus on managing your energy on the eccentric and concentric movements. You can choose to keep the handles stable or rotate them as you pull to engage different muscle groups and experiment with intensity. Eventually, I built up enough confidence to do L Sit Pull Ups and eventually explosive pull ups with them. If you're looking for an alternative to a traditional bar, these are solid and so compact , they're perfect for travel too. Get it!

The price is a pretty penny to pay for gymnastics rings which typically go for less than half of this on Amazon. I brought to use on door frames and for three months they were excellent . After three months one of knotted ropes that attach the door frames attachment to the ring straps lengthened, making it impossible to place the rings on the same level which rendered them pretty much useless. I contacted the company through the website and got no response.
