Temperature sensor and fan motor assembly.
Temperature sensor and fan motor assembly installed very easily no issues fan motor came with plug adapter and refrigerator is cooling great holding at 36°F no issues now. I will definitely buy more parts for any of my appliances if needed from Amazon business.

Solved Error Code F5 for LG French Door Refrigerator
This product was exactly what we needed. Our temperature sensor was not able to maintain contact with the plug due to a broken clip. The F5 error would show up on our fridge which caused the fridge to stop dispensing water or ice. I was able to take the door, sliders, and back panel off by myself and attach this new sensor. The cord is extra long which is really convenient when attaching it, the original cord is very small making it difficult to squeeze your hand behind the panel to plug it in. The price is also fair market with the same price being charged by other appliance repair part stores.

Solved my issue.
My LG temps were off. Not cooling / freezing well. I checked this part on my unit with a multi-meter and determined the resistance was not to spec. Put in a new one (whose resistance was in spec) and unit started cooling properly.

It works
Our freezer broke and after taking it apart we found this piece was most likely the cause. We replaced it and it works better than it has in years. Our icemaker is actually functioning again and the freezer hasn't shut off on us yet. I'll update if new issues arise over the next few months, so far it's been a month and we are happy.
