Great customer service
The initial pair of EBK replacement batteries would not take a charge and would remain at 0% after more than 24 hours on the charger - even after multiple attempts - during the initial 30 day return window. Feeling very upset about the situation, I contacted EBK and informed them of what transpired and, within days, I received replacements which are currently charging. Thank You EBK! -- DB

Useless and should be thrown in the trash!
Bought 2sets of these batteries and they are useless! they will not charge and those that will, will not hold a charge for more than 24hrs! A total waste of money and time! I travel and work and was working when i ordered the batteries, they were delivered so first thing when i got home i tried to charge them, 2 of them showed a green light shortly after installing on the charger so i installed in cameras and on the camera they indicating low battery. So, i put them on the charger and left them charging even though they showed charge. put them on the camera after several hrs on the charger and the camera lasted about a week. Note: new Arlo batteries last several months. The other two batteries would charge as normal but will only last 24hrs in the camera. These batteries are trash! I have not contacted the seller, I believe if you sell a product, it should be a good product. So, I will not buy from this company again.

Good value and they work.
To new to rate longevity & they are constantly being charged so battery life is not rated. They did survive the 105 degree summer in the desert.

Won’t charge again after several charges
I thought I was going to like these, because they worked well after a few charges, but one will not work at all anymore. Despite the charger showing it is fully charged, as soon as I put it in the camera, it shows there is no charge. I probably got three charges out of it. Other batteries work so I know it’s not the charger. Wish I had something better to say about them!

After giving the batteries a full charge....
I had satisfactory use, but surprised that the batteries (after a full charge) lasted approximately one week. I am going to give it another chance as perhaps the heat (110) here may have had something to do with the short life span. Otherwise, it works! I can respond more later after more use.

Too Good To Be True?
Original Arlo Pro3 batteries are, well, a bit expensive in my opinion. So let's try a third party battery! Might not be worth the time or money for that. These batteries were indeed selling at a decent price, 2ea for $34.99. While just one Arlo battery costs around $49.99 each. Here's what I've seen from these batteries; 1. Takes an extremely long time to charge them from around 35% power left using an original Arlo charger. 2. They don't hold power very long. Constantly being notified by my Arlo system that the camera (tried several cameras) with these batteries is super low. After being fully charged several days before I find the battery now only has like 35% power left while my Arlo batteries still have like right around 100% power. Should have just bought the Arlo battery...
