I’ve been using Airborne Immune Support Effervescent Tablets whenever I feel like I need an extra health boost, and they are great to have on hand. The Zesty Orange flavor is actually quite pleasant and doesn't have that medicinal aftertaste you sometimes find with supplement tablets. It dissolves quickly in water, making it a convenient, no-fuss way to get a solid dose of Vitamin C, zinc, and other essential vitamins. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free and easy to pack, whether I’m at the office or traveling through SFO for a trip. It’s a reliable, effective staple that I consistently keep in my cabinet to stay proactive about my wellness.

My biggest complaint is the use of heavy metals to sweeten these tablets. I am not keen on being poisoned, even if in FDA approved amounts. I feel that way about anything artificially sweetend. However, for these, I will make an exception. When I feel a cold or flu coming on, I will use these that night and it seems to really help. A lot. It seems that the spike of vitamins that these deliver are just the right combination to keep a lot of illness at bay. These tablets were recommended to me by someone less averse to heavy metal poisoning. I trust them so I gave them a try. I was astonished at how well they seem to work. I can get that slight achiness and feel a sniffle coming on and if I take one of these before bed, there is a very good chance that those symptoms will be gone in the morning. On the occasions where the symptoms persist, I think that the severity of the symptoms is significantly lessoned. Effervescent tablets are fun to use. I will fill a glass with hot water to make the tablet dissovle faster. The resulting warm liquid is easy to drink. Cold water works too, but it takes a while for it to fully dissolve. I will continue to use these despite the risks associated with being sugar free. If you try these, I hope that they are as powerful for you as I have found them to be.

This is the stuff I swear by during cold and flu season. Once a day at least and sometimes twice if someone around me has a sniffle or a cough. Great flavor. Easy to drop into a bottle of water and drink my way to immune health. Taken on the first day of a cold it shortens the duration of the cold dramatically. Great size package. Huge value for the money.

This Airborne 1000mg Vitamin C with Vitamin D & Zinc works great for supporting immunity, especially during cold season. I like that I can dissolve it in my tea, which makes it easy to take and adds a slight citrus flavor. It mixes well and is a simple way to get extra vitamins into my routine.
